Transportation costs are the responsibility of the customer and may vary depending on the chosen country of delivery: the service will be carried out by couriers appointed by Les Malou Accessories. Shipping costs will be calculated for each order, based on the destination of the product or products ordered and the weight of the shipped package.

The customer can check the status of the delivery through the tracking code that will be sent by email by the courier.

Product shipments are only made to certain countries, specifically those indicated during checkout and selectable in the "delivery address" form.

Les Malou Accessories is not responsible for delays or non-delivery of products by the courier. From the moment the courier picks up the products ordered by customers, all responsibility for the delivery of such products lies solely with the courier. Les Malou Accessories is not liable for losses, thefts, or damages that occur during shipping.

The customer agrees that if delivery is made abroad, customs duties and import taxes will be their responsibility, and as the importer, they must comply with the import laws of the respective country.
