About Our Items
1. Who creates your products?
Our bags are handcrafted by artisans based in Milan, Italy. Each bag requires between 6 and 10 hours of meticulous manual work.
2. How should I care for my bags?
Each bag comes with a dust bag. Please store your bag in it whenever it's not in use to protect it from dust accumulation.
3. Do you provide customized options?

Order Assistance
1. Can I update or cancel an order once it’s placed?
If your item hasn’t been shipped yet, please contact us at info@lesmalou.it. We’ll do our best to accommodate your request!
2. What is your exchange or return policy?
You can return your package within 30 days of receipt, and we will process a refund or exchange once the item is received. Returns are only accepted for products that are unused, unwashed, and unaltered.
Please note that shipping fees and any taxes paid are non-refundable. Additionally, custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned.

1. How long does it take to get an order ready?
If the item is in stock, it will be shipped within 1-3 business days.
2. What’s the typical shipping timeframe?

3. Are there additional fees for shipping?
Please note that orders placed outside the EU (e.g., UK, US) may be subject to import duties or taxes. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and will be collected by the shipping carrier at the time of delivery.
